Evidence suggests the best way to manage your lymphedema is to eat a healthy diet, take regular exercise and avoid smoking or drinking too much alcohol. 

Our Keep It Healthy programme can help you to manage your Lymphoedema, and we also offer Tai-chi classes as part of your programme. Exercise is highly beneficial to those with Lymphoedema.

This programme consists of 16 sessions at £2 per session and your initial assessment free.  You can choose to do your 16 sessions in our gym or Tai-Chi classes or a combination of both.
