A 62 year old gentleman attended Heart Care on a regular basis.  He was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation which is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications. He also attended our in-house weight management course and has continued on our aftercare programme.

After his programme this patient improved his mental health, blood pressure, physical fitness and grip strength.
