Our Exercise Physiologist Paul attended the BACPR Exercise Instructor Network conference to present his online cardiac rehab programme

We offer an on-line programme for patients who find it difficult to make it to the unit, for more information on this programme click on the following link home-rehab-programme.

The theme of the BACPR conference was to improve uptake of cardiac rehab and incorporating patients with other health conditions alongside their cardiovascular condition.

What to do in an emergency

If you experience any chest tightness/discomfort/pain, or symptoms similar to your Heart Attack/previous Angina, please follow 1.
