Happy New Year from Heart Care

We wish everyone a Happy New Year 2021 and hope this year will be a much better year for us all!

England will be in a National Lockdown from Wednesday 6th January which means gyms cannot open so Heart Care has to remain shut for After Care Patients. We are of course following government guidelines and ask you to keep up to date with our website www.heartcare.org.uk and Facebook pages for a notice of when we are allowed to open. Whilst we are temporarily closed we still strongly ecourage you to take part in our exercise videos, go for walks and keep active. We also have an excellent web based After Care Programme you can join.
