OUT & ABOUT IN THE COMMUNITY

Recently Exercise Physiologist, Sarah and Health Care Assistant, Mandy attended a self-care event hosted at Bloxwich Active Living Centre. It was a great opportunity to promote our wonderful services to local people, and also network with other organisations in the local area.

Sarah & Mandy even managed to raise £31.00 by selling Heart Care merchandise!

If you experience any chest tightness/discomfort/pain, or symptoms similar to your Heart Attack/previous Angina, please follow 1.
