We want to say a massive thank you to the Postcode Neighbourhood Trust for giving us an amazing grant of £10,000!

The Postcode Neighbourhood Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

The funding ensures we can continue to support our most vulnerable patients suffering from heart and lung disease in our community in this Covid health crisis. It will also enable us to prepare to reopen our centres safely and begin face to face rehabilitation when Government guidelines allow. A big thank you once again the funding will truly does make a big difference to our patients in these challenging times.
