At Heart Care we understand some of you may be experiencing heightened emotions and a sense of loss following the death of Queen Elizabeth II

You may be grieving while also reflecting on personal memories of the UK’s longest-serving monarch.

Her death may also bring back memories of your personal bereavements. If you are struggling, please don’t be afraid to ask for help.
