We want to say a massive thank you The National Lottery Community Fund for giving support to Heart Care Healthy Living

The grant will help us to continue to support patients suffering from heart and lung disease in our community. We are still suffering the effects of the pandemic due to the temporary closure of our units which subsequently has meant a loss of income but with the National Lottery funding our expert Rehab Team can continue to support our patients with exercise rehabilitation, advise on medication and diet, counselling and health monitoring.

Thank you once again the grant truly does make a big difference to our patients and thank you also to the wonderful #NationalLottery players for their contribution!
