ASDA Darlaston Fundraiser

A huge thank you to Trish Chapman, Community Champion for putting us forward for their Green Tokens Scheme which is voted on by customers. We are thrilled to have been given such wonderful support by customers and staff at ASDA Darlaston. Also thank you to all the staff and for all that you are doing in serving our community in this health crisis. You are all HEROES! 

Our relationship has come about as one of our patients, Jenny, works there and has been championing Heart Care there since last year. So a huge thank you to Jenny as well for her amazing support! (Amended picture of Trish and Jenny when they came in last year!)
