Amers mountain challenge for Heart Care

We want to say a massive thank you and congratulations to Amers and his family for reaching the summit of Snowdon Mountain to raise funds for Heart Care!

Amers walked up the iconic mountain in Wales with members of his family last Sunday and said it was really hard work but he was determined to do it!
