Why did you decide to attend Heart Care?

I was referred by my GP and thought it was good for me.

What is one of your fondest memories of attending Heart Care?

"Not one in particular but over the years I have seen many staff come and go and have fond memories of Brian, Ewen, Sharon, Paul and Sarah Heard all having the patients best interests at heart"

What do you enjoy about coming to Heart Care?

"It provides a regular cardio-vascular routine of exercise which keeps me fit and active"

What benefit do you get from attending Heart Care?

"Regular exercise on a programme designed with my abilities in mind". "Regular check-ups on blood pressure and if required, advice on exercise".

Have you made any friendships during that time?

Yes, some of whom have sadly passed away. Overall, Hear Care is a friendly place to go to exercise under qualified supervision".

What would you say to anyone who is starting a programme at Heart Care?

"Attend regularly, take the advice of the staff and gradually build up your strength and stamina".

Is there anything else you would like to add?

It's a great place to exercise, it does you good. "I have been coming here for 25 years (apart from lockdown). "It has served me well - Thank you all"
