Through our unique programmes of monitored physical exercise and expert advice, patients can return to a normal active life with their confidence restored.

If you experience any chest tightness/discomfort/pain, or symptoms similar to your Heart Attack/previous Angina, please follow 1. If your Chest Pain is unbearable Dial 999 for an ambulance Otherwise – • Sit down and stay calm • If the pain does not ease after 30-60 seconds Take GTN (spray or tablets) • Wait 5 minutes • If the pain has gone – REST • If not repeat the GTN •Wait 5 more minutes AFTER 10 MINUTES AND TWO GTN SPRAYS - IF YOU ARE STILL IN PAIN DIAL 999 Read more
