THE KATE PLIMMER FOUNDATION DONATE £1250.00!

Bob Plimmer who is one of our patients has been been working hard all year to raise funds for Heart Care and two other charities. Bob and his family set up the Kate Plimmer Foundation in his wife's memory. Kate sadly passed away in 2018, and Bob and his family have been raising funds for charity ever since.
