Hello. I am the
Manager of the Units. Please feel free to come and see me at anytime if you
are concerned on any matter or would like any further information. Ill
be the one running up and down the stairs! I am sure you will gain a lot from
Heart Care not just in regard to exercise, but information regarding diet
and relaxation, as well as the opportunity of talking to other people in the
same position -- it really helps. We look forward to seeing and helping you
on the road to a full and healthy life.

As
the person responsible for fund-raising and promotion, it's my job to make
sure we get the funds we need to keep our service running. We always require
funds for the general running of the Units, equipment, maintenance and upgrading
the building. If you have any ideas about fund-raising or would like to help
in any way, please get in touch.
Sharon Smith
I'm a part-time cardiac
rehab nurse mainly based with our after care unit at Streetly, although I
also work at Walsall. Until recently I was also a staff nurse at the Minor

wounded patients, treated them appropriately and discharged under self care.
I look forward to meeting you, when you join us at Heart Care.
