You can really benefit your heart by eating more healthily.
The most important changes are:

OILY FISH 2-3 portions/week
(mackerel, salmon, sardines, pilchards, trout and herring)

FRUIT, VEGETABLES AND SALAD 5 portions/day

CUT DOWN ON FAT AND FATTY FOOD
(choose small amounts of monounsaturated fats for preference
- olive oil spread, rapeseed oil, olive oil)
